Every facility obligation, accounted for.
Galago is a covenant compliance platform and service for finance and treasury teams. We track every obligation under your debt facilities, prepare your covenant calculations and compliance certificates, and keep your information undertakings on schedule.
A more reliable way to manage covenant compliance
Most businesses still track their facility obligations in spreadsheets, calendar reminders and email. That relies on one person’s knowledge, leaves no audit trail and gives little warning when a deadline approaches or headroom narrows.
Competing priorities
Compliance sits with treasury and finance teams who also manage liquidity, funding and reporting.
Recurring obligations
Covenant tests, information undertakings and compliance certificates fall due for the life of every facility.
Facility-specific terms
Definitions, adjustments and add-backs vary from one agreement to the next. For Lloyd’s businesses, information undertaking dates also move each year with the Lloyd’s reporting timetable.
Narrow headroom
When a covenant nears its limit, early warning gives you time to speak to lenders before the test date.

Meet the team

Founder
Roxanne has worked with debt facilities as an auditor, an adviser and a borrower. She was an audit manager in Deloitte’s insurance audit practice before moving to the firm’s Corporate Debt and Capital team. Most recently, she worked in corporate finance at a Lloyd’s managing agent, where her role included managing and monitoring its debt facilities and its ongoing obligations to lenders.
Covenant work comes up only occasionally and can be highly specialised, so few finance teams get the chance to build deep experience in it. She founded Galago to bring that experience to every client, with a clear view of what they’ve promised their lenders and practical support when terms change or a test comes under pressure.
